Because all of our products are digital and downloadable, we generally do not offer refunds once a file has been accessed or downloaded.
However, we do offer refunds under the following exceptional circumstances:
- You purchased the same product more than once accidentally
- You were unable to access the files due to a technical issue on our side, and we cannot resolve it
- The product description significantly misrepresented the actual contents (subject to verification)

- Lack of usage or dissatisfaction due to subjective preference
